Meet Hope Alice, who was one of the first children to join Heritage Children's Centre.
Here she is pictured with Pastor Moses who manages the centre, and Flavia the head teacher.
Hope Alice's father abandoned the family when she was a baby. Her mother struggled to support them and she had no money to send her children to school. Her mother was working taking care of cattle for one of the village residents near the school, and learned about Heritage Children's Centre. Hope Alice and her brother began going to school at the centre and were given a new hope for the future.
Hope Alice has progressed through primary school and is now in her first year of high school. She has a passion to study and become a teacher, and she has joined a kindergarten teaching course. Here she is pictured at her high school showing us some lessons for kindergarten children.
Thank you to all of our sponsors for your continued support in giving hope to many children like Hope Alice.
